WORLDWIDE ECHELON PROJECT!

Veggies from Echelon is an project idea I got from looking at a catalogue called gifts of hope from Plan Canada where they raise money for multiple causes for people in poverty. The one gift I took the most interest in is the school vegetable gardens. So basically we would raise a minimum of 175$ and Plan Canada will match it for a total value of 700$ which then provides children not only with fresh veggies to eat during the school day, but it gives them the knowledge to grow, harvest & learn valuable lessons in gardening & agriculture. Children can then teach their families to grow & care for crops. Learning these skills will also help them well into the future!
Our current goal at Echelon Canada, Is to raise enough for 2 gardens which is only $350 if we pass this goal then we'll just add another garden which means more school gardens for other communites!
